Bishton Group was engaged to complete a 10th floor full unit renovation, within an 80’s era apartment building, located in Surfers Paradise. All access and logistic restraints were managed to the success of the project.

The scope of works included; complete demo of all interior finishes, demo of existing kitchen, asbestos removal, re-sheeting and refinishing. Both the bathrooms and kitchen required a redesign where all new joinery and interior finishes and fixtures were installed throughout. The completed renovation provided the client with a functional, modern and open living spaces. The project was completed successfully ahead of time and within the client’s budget.
