On this second level unit renovation we were confronted with tight space and access constraints. With a great deal of planning we successfully transformed the original 90’s wet area and kitchen into sleek functional spaces. Existing joinery, tiling and flooring was gutted and replaced with low maintenance large format tiles, modern stone benchtops and cabinetry.
